Can I just get "X" add-on or add the "X" add-on to my pledge?
After you add a reward tier, you can add any amount of add-ons that you like in the screen after you click the pledge button. If you’re backing a bundle, please make sure that the add-on you want isn’t already included in that tier (unless you want another copy of the add-on)!

Will there be a pledge manager? If so, how will it work for this campaign?
Yes! We will work a known pledge manager with a lot of experience with post-Kickstarter pledge management, add-ons, and payments. We will send out a pledge manager link to all backers when all the pre-production work is ready after the Kickstarter campaign closes. You will be given ample time to complete your order in the pledge manager and many notifications though Kickstarter updates, emails from our pledge manager, and newsletter notifications. Pledges that are not completed when the pledge manager closes will be considered donations.

I want sleeves for my cards, what do I need?
There is an add-on for sleeves that fit the game cards (2x2 inches)!
Our cards are 2x2 inches, or 51x51 mm.

What is your refund policy?
We can refund your pledge amount, minus Kickstarter and credit card processing fees up until we start the fulfillment process. Once we have begun the fulfillment process, no refunds are possible. If you decide that you want a refund you can email us at [email protected].

Will you ship to [country]? Why are the shipping costs the way they are?
Backers in some regions, especially South and Central America, may experience high shipping fees that reflect the actual cost of shipping to these areas in excess of 50 USD; also be aware that you may be responsible for import duties, taxes, and/or brokerage fees, and that we must comply with international law and cannot mark your reward as a gift or declare that it has a value of zero. Please be aware of this before backing the project.
We are not able to ship to Non-EU Europe (unless otherwise noted), Africa, North Korea, India, or the Middle East at the time of this campaign.

If you have something else in mind, we are flexible and we want to work with you. Back the campaign for $25 and we will work with you after the campaign in the Pledge Manager to: - Give you 50% off MSRP. We will NOT sell the game in our online store for lower than the MSRP, except for occasional sales or promotions. - Reserve a number of copies for you of any pledge level, with all KS stretch goals and exclusives included. In short, we treat you like the valuable KS backer you are. - Fulfill your pledge at the same time as the regular backers, before it is available through distribution.

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
