Hey Cat Rescuers!
A quick update on the remaining ROW fulfillment.
The missing items we previously sent to our fulfillment partner in China still show no movement and remain in Beijing. At this point the shipment is still in the hands of international shipping and customs, and unfortunately there has been no change since our last update.
We’ll continue monitoring the tracking and checking in with our partner. Once the items arrive and the remaining orders begin shipping, we’ll share another update right away.
We know some of you are still waiting and we appreciate your patience while we work through this final step.

Lunar Rush: Innovations — Final Days
Our newest expansion, Lunar Rush: Innovations, is currently on Kickstarter and the campaign is now in its final 48 hours, ending Thursday, March 12 at 8 PM PDT.

Fulfillment Update
An update on the remaining ROW fulfillment will come after Chinese New Year (mid-March). The missing items we sent to our fulfillment partner in China have not arrived yet, and with the upcoming holiday shutdowns, movement will be paused for several weeks. At this stage, the shipment is in the hands of international shipping and customs. We will share our next fulfillment update in mid-March once operations in China resume.
We know some of you are still waiting, and your fulfillment remains our priority. We’ll provide concrete updates as soon as new information is available.

Fulfillment Update

Hello Rescuers!
We are just posting to update you on the status of fulfillment for Cat Rescue
North America
Pledges for backers in North America will be shipping out from our new partner, Platforms. Shipments will begin to go out the week of Dec 22. Given the business of this time of year with shipping, we expect packages may arrive after Christmas.
UK and Europe
Our ship destined for Zatu Fulfillment will land tomorrow, Dec 9. Shipments may be going out on a similar timeline to North America, but it is possible they will go out sooner.
Asia and the Rest of the World
Our bulk order from the manufacturer is already in place, but some of our products are shipping from the US to VFI. Once those arrive shipments will begin. Orders in Australia will ship from Aetherworks, and shipments to those backers will be about 4-5 weeks behind those shipping direct from VFI.
